We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our team!

Have you ever walked into a store and saw something ridiculous and thought to yourself "who would buy this!"? Want to know what type of people would buy certain products? Then a job as a Market Research Analyst is for you. Market Research Analysts help companies figure out what to sell, who to sell it to, and how to promote what they are selling. They are responsible for researching about the sales potential of a product or service

Responsibilities and Activities

  • Develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends
  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, buying habits to identify potential markets and factors that affect product demand
  • Present reports of findings graphically and in text
  • Help companies figure out their position in the marketplace
  • Conduct marketing and online website promotions

Education Requirements

Educational requirements can vary depending on the employer but typically the you would be required to have your bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, market research or economics. A masters degree in a field such as economics would be required for more leadership roles.
