Belonging & Cultivating Joy
A Therapeutic & Experiential Women's Workshop
This unique and inspirational one-day retreat is Saturday, May 31, from 10:00-5:00.
Spring is here and there is no better time to explore what nourishing "seeds" to plant as the weather changes, plants and trees begin to reveal their new beauty, and we begin to open ourselves to the poignant questions of what we hunger for, what we belong to, and how we can bring more joy into our daily lives.
Join Stacy Boston, LPC, and Wendy Havlir Cherry, M.A., for a day of creative reflection and community. We will explore questions of belonging and how we can make contact with joy by creating sacred space in a sharing circle and in the creation of pocket shrines, an accessible art form that promotes awareness, cultivates wisdom and expresses sacred expression of nourishment. We will break for an hour lunch at Longmont's own Parisian Cafe at The Cheese Importers, delighting our palettes and bodies with a delicious french inspired menu designed just for our group! No need to have any prior expereince with groups, retreats, or art making. This is a sacred space that invites authenticity and curiosity; simply come as you are.
Who should take part in this one day retreat? If you are longing to uncover the inherent wisdom about who you are and what you hunger for....if you are seeking something that feels elusive and desire more clarity...if you long to create sacred space and express yourself in sacred space....if you would like to spend a day with others that share the same questions and want to connect, inspire, and be inspired, this is the workshop for you!
