Galileo Galilei
Galileo Galilei was known for his paintings, inventions ,writings. One of his inventions, the telescope allowed him to see objects from farther distance. With this invention, he was about to see that the sun had dark spots and Jupiter had for moons. With this information he has about he has able to find out that the earth was not the center of the universe, in fact the sun was. This finding angered the church, being in fear of torture, he had no chose but to lie and agree his ideas were false.
Nicolaus Copernicus
Nicolaus Copernicus was mainly known for his Heliocentric Theory. This theory was based on the fact that the earth and the ever planets orbited around the sun. His theory was rejected because of religous views. Galileo Galilei also backed up his theory.
Isaac Newton
Isaac Newtons Law of Gravity answered many questions during his time period. Newton was certain that all physical objects were affected equally by the same forces. His discovery was that the same force ruled motion of the planets and all matter on earth and in space.
How did the change impact society at the time?
The Scientific Revolution was the discovery of many theory's and methods that we still use today in science.
How is that change evidenced in todays modern society at time?
In modern day we still use the scientific methods and other theory's and methods today. The Scientific might have happened years ago but it change the way we think of life and science today.
