Enrollment and Schedule Pick-Up

Enrollment Process:

  • All families that are attending school in the Raytown School district must enroll their students every year even when there has been no address change. This is to verify that all information is accurate/ up-to date and only students residing in the district are attending our schools.
  • You cannot access the enrollment portal until immunization are complete. See info below.
  • Enrollment is an online process. You can access online enrollment through the Parent Portal using the following link: https://sisk12.raytownschools.org/RT360x3/login
Transportation:
  • All enrollments completed on or before Aug. 6, 2021 will be used to establish Transportation/Bus pick up times. Once routes are established for the beginning of the school year, they will not change for two weeks. During this time, we will assess for route efficiency. Failure to enroll before Aug. 6, 2021 may result in your student not having a bus pick up/stop for the first two weeks of school. Thank you for enrolling early in an effort to have your child fully prepared for the first day of school.
Schedule Pick-Up:
  • All fees must be paid prior to schedule pick up. This can be done online using the following link: RevTrak Payment Portal
  • Please bring your emailed receipt of payment to schedule pick-up to expedite the line.
  • Schedule pick-up is as follows:
Monday, August 9- 12:00 to 3:30 pm and 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Tuesday, August 10- 8:00 to 11:00 am and 12:30 to 2:30 pm

Immunization Clinics

The Raytown C-2 School District is partnering with the Jackson County Health Department (JACOHD) to host back-to-school immunization clinics for Raytown C-2 8th through 12th grade students who are new or returning for the 2021-2022 School Year.

To register, click the link below the corresponding date:

To prepare for your visit to one of our immunization clinics here’s what you need to know:

  • Bring your child’s immunization record. JACOHD will be turning away and rescheduling those who do not bring their child’s immunization record.
  • Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-in services may be suspended temporarily due to high volume during the month of August.
  • JACOHD accepts most insurance plans. If JACOHD does not accept your plan or you are uninsured, they offer cash discounts. COVID-19 vaccines are always free.
  • Please click on this link if you need a list of recommended vaccinations or of which vaccinations are needed for you or your child to be up to date.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the nurses at the Jackson County Health Department at 816-404-6415 so that your questions may be answered.
