Dry Measuring
Tips-
Use a dry ingredient cup
Use a spoon to put ingredient in cup
Level off with the back of a knife
You can/will use this when you bake cakes or cookies.
Liquid Ingredients
Tips-
Use a liquid measuring cup (usually glass with a spout)
Pour liquid into glass/cup
Get eye level with the cup to see if you have right amount
You will use this when you make desserts or meals.
Moist Ingredients
Tips-
Use spoon to put in cup
Pack down with back of spoon to get out all air
Level off when filled full
You can use this when baking cookies or other desserts.
