What is Digital Citizenship?
Digital Citizenship is a sat of rules given on how to use the internet correctly. these rules include, how to stay safe and how to stay kind. If you don't follow these 7 steps you could get your internet privilege taken away.
Why is it necessary for everyone to understand and display positive Digital Citizenship practices?
It is important for everyone to understand this because, if you don't you could go to jail, you could lose friends, and you could lose your privilege of using the internet. People should display positive Digital Citizenship practices because lots of bad things could happen to you. Also just BE KIND nobody likes mean people.

Digital Etiquette or Netiquette: Be kind online, treat people how you want to be treated.

Information Privacy: Never Ever give out your personal information like your phone number, email, etc. before you read the Terms of Use.

Social Networking: Be smart online. Never post anything that you wouldn't want your parents/guardians to see. If you post something about friends Make sure you ask them before you do it.

Cyberbullying: Treat people how you want to be treated. Don't say things to someone online that you wouldnt say to their face. You don't know what the other person is really going through.

copyright: Is a Legal protection that is giving to somebody who has made something that is their original. it keeps it safe so nobody can say it is theirs.
