Picture Make-Up Day

Picture Make-Up day at NTMS is next Tuesday, Sept 13 and students will be released in the morning by grade to get their pictures taken. This is also the time that they will receive their student ID card. If your student purchased an ASB card, they will need to bring their student ID to the office for us to place the ASB sticker on it. This picture make-up day is for students who were NOT able to make it to Bulldog Days in August. This is NOT for Picture Retakes, as picture retakes day will be on October 20th.

Season 1 Sports

We are excited about the start to school and the sports season that consists of Fast Pitch and Football. Today was the last day to join fall sports, but we have multiple upcoming sports left throughout the year (link below). As a reminder, a physical is good for you years from the date of the doctor's appointment. In order to sign up for sports this year, everyone must go through Skyward that will lead you to In Touch (directions below).

PTSA Color Run

We are excited to have our PTSA Color Run on Friday September 23rd! Your student was sent home with a Color Run packet this past Wednesday. The fundraising goal is to get $50 per student. For Color Run information and details please click on the link below.

Student Drop Off/Pick Up

Student Drop off & Pick Up: When picking up and dropping off your student, please pull all the way forward. We are having long back ups at times due to parents stopping at the front doors rather than pulling all the way forward. Please make sure your student is ready to get out of the car right away when you are in the drop off line. If they are not ready, you can always pull around and park in our parking lot or in our gravel parking near the gym.

Reminder: Annual Student Information Update Needed

If you have not yet updated your child's Annual Student Information, please complete these forms as soon as possible. This process is required annually and replaces the paper forms that were sent home in the past.


These steps must be completed separately for each child.

  1. Log in to Skyward Family Access using this link, or by clicking the Skyward button on the upper right side of the Dieringer website. The Skyward URL has changed since last school year. If you previously bookmarked the site, you will need to update it to the URL linked above. NOTE: This process cannot be completed in the Skyward Mobile App. You must use the link above.


**If you don’t know or have forgotten your user name or password, click here.**


  1. Using the blue menu on the left, select Annual Student Information Update.

Read and follow the detailed instructions there to:

Step 1. Verify or update your student and family information

Step 2. Verify your family’s military status (required by state legislature)

Step 3. Verify your student’s race/ethnicity fields (required by WA state)

Steps 4 - 11: Complete the online forms regarding technology, health, housing, transportation, parent handbooks, and picture consent.

Step 12. Submit to complete the process.

This process replaces many of the required paper forms used in the past, and must be completed individually for each child by September 9th. If you need assistance, please contact the school office.

Bonney Lake Little League

We want to give a shout out to the amazing students from North Tapps that had the opportunity to play in the Little League World Series this past summer. Our school staff and community were proud of how well they carried themselves in each and every game. We know that they are amazing baseball players, but more importantly they are amazing students and people!
