The 4th Amendment :
The 4th amendment allows people to protect themself from unreasonable searches without a warrant or a reasonable cause.
The Ratification of the 4th amendement
The 4th amendment was ratified on 1791. It was included in the Bill of Rights after the American Revolution because of the intimidations Americans recieved from British generals who were searching Americans private property without a reasonable cause.
