Registration / Enrollment Information For ALL D112 Students
- D112 Annual Update for returning students is now open through the Parent Portal.
- NEW this year, families with a lease must provide the current lease prior to the start of the school year.
- Change of Address will need to be submitted to email@example.com Required Forms
- Transportation requests for a pickup and/or drop off location different than the home address for the upcoming school year must be received no later than July 1st. Transportation Information
- Students' fees will be available to be paid through the Parent Portal / Webstore as of June 1st.
- IL State Free / Reduce Waiver will be available on July 1st through the Parent Portal.
- Students not returning for 2020-2021 school year, complete a 20/21 Students Not Returning Form.
- If you need to return any electronics, submit a technology ticket.
