Parent Input Form
At Sprague, we believe that home-school collaboration creates the best possible placement for students.
The creation of classes is an important process for our students where staff collectively looks at the needs of individuals, groups, the balance of academics, and social-emotional needs, to create healthy learning groups and environments.
If you wish to share information on your child, this Google Doc Form provides you with the opportunity to do so. The input you provide will be reviewed and considered as we begin planning for your child's upcoming school year. While specific teacher requests cannot be accommodated, your insight is valued. We look forward to providing your child with continued learning excellence. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with your child's team.
Please note, the input you share is not private between the Principal and parent and will be shared with our team during the placement process. Please do not request specific teachers. Any response form that lists a specific teacher will not be included in the placement process. Please complete a form for each of your children, if desired. This form needs to be completed by April 22, 2022.

ASA Registration Opens Monday
Limited Registration for Sprague's Spring After School Activities opens at 6 p.m. Monday, March 14. During the Limited Registration period parents should enroll their child in just one class. After School Activities have limited space and registration is on a first to register basis. If more than one class registration is made before Wednesday, March 16, all classes will be canceled and refunded. Starting March 16 parents may register for more than one class until registration closes on Monday, April 4.
Registration takes place online using the RevTrak Web Store. The fee is $25 per student per class. Some classes have additional materials fees as well. Class size minimums must be met to hold the class. If the minimum class size is not met, we will refund your payment. There is also a maximum number of students for each activity, which differs depending on the class. Once a class fills to its maximum, you will not be able to register your child for the class.
Note that all classes end at 3:30 p.m. and require prompt student pick up. Vehicles may line up in front of the school in the circle drive for students in ASA classes. Students in 103 Club will return to that program after their ASA class. Transportation is not provided.
Spring After School Activities begin Tuesday, April 5, and will run for six weeks, ending on Thursday, May 12. Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
For information about classes, materials fees and dates when classes meet, please read the detailed Google Doc where everything is outlined.
