Protein provides energy. The body needs amino acids from proteins for growth, maintenance, and repair of tissue. It can help build muscle and build muscle mass, too.


My Reasoning Why This is The Most Important

There could be no life without protein. Protein is in the trillion of cells that we have in our body. Without a protein called Albumin, the whole human body will swell. The body has about 100,000 different types of proteins. The body needs protein for about everything. We need protein to grow, heal, and carry all the chemical reaction throughout the body. Plus, after all most protein food taste really good!
