Tech Talks
Edition 2: August Adventures
New Programs and New Faculty
We have also added Hospitality/Tourism for the afternoon session, and it is taught by Mrs. Ashley Davis. Mrs. Davis has previously taught in a classroom and is currently working with the students to prepare the kitchen lab for cooking meals. Although cooking is only one component of the program, it is highly desired by the students!
Welcome to both Mr. Stedham and Mrs. Davis! We are glad you are now a "Techie".
Parking Permits
All current drivers on campus should now have a parking permit hanging from their rear-view mirror.
Please remember that all drivers are to be in class at 8:30am/12:30pm in order to be considered on time to school.
For the afternoon session, all drivers dismiss at 3:30pm, when all MCSS high schools are dismissed.

Students driving/parking on campus without a permit will be subject to a fine and/or disciplinary action. See Ms. Robertson if you have questions.
Alabama Simulated Workplace
Today's Students Will Be Tomorrow's Workers!
Each of our CTE programs on campus have created a business name and are working to implement the beginning stage of ASW: hiring a workforce (enrolling students), developing a company name, developing an organizational structure, and creating a company policy manual.
We are super excited to see how the implementation of the ASW will benefit our students!
Safety First: No Phone Zone
Cell phone lockers have been made available for students to secure their phones should they forget and bring them inside.
Failing to follow appropriate cell phone policies for their business (class) will be as follows:
