Welcome

Our mission is to support student career development and provide employer access and recruitment opportunities. Thank you for posting a job, attending a career fair or most importantly hiring a student. In order to better connect with our employers and provide useful information, we have established this Employer Newsletter featuring useful recruiting information, employment and outcomes data, and news regarding upcoming programs. Report W&M Hires

Did you know that 95% of the class of 2015 are either employed, in graduate school, or other forms of service? Only 5% are currently job-seeking. We collect student outcome data to better inform us of student progress and performance in the workplace. Students are surveyed throughout their senior year, as well as after they graduate in order to obtain accurate information. LinkedIn is also a valuable tool for us in collecting this information. This data is shared and measured against national averages and our peer schools according to NACE standards to ensure we are compliant and competitive. View more outcome data at: http://career.wm.edu/firstdestinations/

Now is your turn! Submit your hiring information for 2015! How many students were hired for full-time positions or internships last year? Tell us here! (hyperlink to Qualtrics survey).

Employer Events

Did you know Cohen provides various employer event opportunities throughout the year where you can gain access and face time with students? Check out the stats from our fall events last year!
