Progress Reports, Reports Cards and Parent Access

Electronic progress reports and report cards for the remainder of the year will be available on Parent Access. If you have not signed up for a Parent Access account, please follow the steps below. If you need to add a student to your current account, there are directions for that as well!

Paper report cards will not be sent home.

How to sign up for Parent Access, 1st Student:

Go to ConroeISD.net/Parents/Students/Parent Access Center

Choose Register

Complete all fields, which includes your child’s student ID. This number was sent to you by email when you registered for school or it is on their last report card from last year. If you are unable to locate it, please contact us at ContactPowell@ConroeISD.net and we can help you.

Once you have completed the application, it will let you know that it was successful and you will receive an email in 24 hours to set up your password. If any information is incorrect, it will let you know which field to correct.

How to sign up for Parent Access, if you already have an account set up for an older child:

Go to ConroeISD.net/Parents/Students/Parent Access Center

Log in by entering your UserID (email) and Password but DO NOT HIT ENTER. Instead, scroll further down on that webpage and click on the “Register” link. It will then prompt you to add another student. Once that is complete, then every time you log in to Parent Access, it will first ask which student account you wish to view.

If you have a student in KG or 1st Grade and wish to review their Report Card:

Log into your Parent Access Account

Under Student Information, scroll down to Standard Based Report Card (PreK-2) to view

If you have a student in 2nd-4th Grade and wish to review their Report Card:

Log into your Parent Access Account

Under Student Information, scroll down to Report Card to view

In June, you will receive a printed Report Card by mail that covers the entire year.

Keep An Eye Out

Glen Loch admin was notified of a hog sighting the morning of November 10th at the intersection of Glen Loch Drive and Sunlit Forest Drive. CISD police have been notified and will be patrolling the area. Please stay aware of your surroundings when walking to school.

Morning Car Line

Our morning car line begins at 7:30 a.m. and school starts at 8:00 a.m.

Each morning we have parent volunteers open car doors for our Gators. We try to have 6 adults outside, but there are times we don't have 6. If you arrive to Glen Loch and no one is at the cone number to open your car door, please know your child can get out of the car without assistance and walk into school. This will also help the flow of the car line. If your child needs assistance, please pull up to a spot where an adult is located. We will gladly assist your child.

Thank you to each and every one of you who have or still volunteer to open car doors each morning. Also, please consider volunteering for our morning car line.

Children in Santa's Dreams

Glen Loch is so excited about being a drop off for the CISD Police Department. They cordially invite you to help us make a child’s dream come true. On Monday, November 13th, 2023 the CISD Police Department will start collecting “NEW” unwrapped gifts for boys and girls of all ages. These gifts will be wrapped and given to families who, without our support, may not otherwise have a wonderful Christmas.

2023 - 2024 Lunch Information and Signup

We are so excited to have you visit for Lunch!

Just a few helpful tips to make the most of your visit with your child:

  • Please be sure your visitor’s badge is visibly worn.
  • Please be sure to find the visitors’ table in the lunchroom to share this time with your child(ren). Space is limited at our Student tables.
  • We know what a special time this is for you and your child. We do kindly ask that you only sit with your child.
  • Once lunch is over for your child(ren), please be sure to return to the front office to sign out with our office staff using the same hall you walked to get to the cafeteria. Please do not roam the halls.
  • Parents should refrain from walking their children back to class or recess once lunch is over.
  • PLEASE NO PICTURES OR VIDEOS.

Safety

Providing a safe learning environment is at the forefront of everyone’s mind. In addition to the many measures already in place such as secure vestibules and security cameras, you will notice some enhancements with the day-to-day operations. All doors are required to be locked at all times. During times when students are changing classes or when large events are scheduled, doors will be actively monitored by staff. All staff and visitors must wear a visible badge at all times, with visitors’ badges including a time and date stamp. Safety is our ultimate responsibility and takes all of us working together.
