Hello Proud 2021 Grad Parents!

Despite the deep freeze we currently find ourselves in, it will be summer before we know it and graduation festivities will be upon us. It looks like we will, again, be limited in the types of ceremonies and celebrations we can host this year. We will also have to be very flexible in order to meet any last minute provincial requirements in our planning. But, we might as well begin planning.


Please join us via Zoom on Wednesday, February 17th at 7PM to discuss the current school plans for the May 28th graduation ceremony, and begin to discuss plans that the parents would like to make for graduation celebrations.

We need your help!

Every day our school goes through over 125 disposable masks!! And too many of these are simply being thrown on the ground outside of the school. Gross!


Please remind your child to bring a clean re-usable mask to school every day. We have plenty of extra packages of cloths masks to hand out if any student would like some. Just stop by the main office and pick one up. It saves the environment, keeps our school grounds cleaner, and saves a lot of money for the school.

Drinking water is a great habit! Just bring a reusable water bottle to support the habit!

Drinking water is a great habit! Just bring a reusable water bottle to support the habit!

It is becoming too costly to provide disposable paper cups for water every day at school. Many students are asking for 2 - 5 cups a day. Please help us and the environment out and bring your own water bottle! If you do not have a water bottle to bring from home and cannot get to town to buy one please let us know at the office and we will try to find one for you.


If any families are able to purchase a few new water bottles we would really appreciate it! Just drop them off at the main office and we will look after getting them out to students who cannot bring their own.

If you have a public library ebook account (Libby), just search for your school and add ours to your account. All you need is your student login you use for your chromebook or powerschool.

Parents and guardians are welcome to come into our school but are required to use the online COVID-19 screening questionnaire, wear a mask (disposable masks will be available) and use hand sanitizer before entering the building. All guests must also report directly to the main office.
