What cells do.
Do you know what you are made out of? Cells! a lot of people when told this gag and make funny faces, but cells help your body function. Some cells carry oxygen, some cells carry other nutrients that your body needs, and others break down waste matter.
This is the nucleus of a cell.
The nucleus is a membrane-enclosed organelle found in eukaryotic cells. It contains most of the cell's genetic material
These are red blood cells.
Red blood cells take up oxygen in the lungs or gills and release it while squeezing through the body's capillaries. red blood cells are in every living thing.
This is the white blood cell.
white blood cells are the infection-fighting cells. These cells take the honor of fighting illnesses that may cause you to get really sick.

With out the red blood cell you couldn't get oxygen to other parts of you body. With out white blood cells you would always get sick. With out these cells you just couldn't live.
