sharing information, making sites, & emailing
When you sharing information/collaborating you email, you can send it to them and have them edit it and ad there opinions at the same time when you are typing. it is useful to get things done faster if you are typing a report with a partner and you have different topics, but want it to be on the same page instead of printing two different pages,
On Google Docs or email, you can make you own web page and have as much information as you want. You will have to do a project on making a google site. You can add your own pictures as the background, and you can add your own fonts and colors, or you can choose a design from the site.
Your email is something you can electronically message someone from were ever you are but you wil need internet.
