Need $$ for College?
Register now for a free webinar: Scholarships: Finding Free Money for College
Space is limited, so please register early!
Our free Scholarship Search connects students to scholarship opportunities based on their hobbies and interests. The database now has over 6 million scholarships worth up to $30 billion in free money for college.
Plus, when students register, they can enter for a chance to win our monthly sweepstakes. To celebrate National Scholarship Month, we’ve upped the $1,000 prize to $10,000 during the month of November.1
In addition, The Sallie Mae Fund, in partnership with The Thurgood Marshall College Fund, will provide a total of $3 million in scholarships over the next three years to help minority students and other historically underserved communities access higher education and complete their postsecondary education programs. Stay tuned to learn more about the program and how students can apply in early 2021.
What is a Micro-Scholarship?
A micro-scholarship is an amount of money that students are eligible to earn based on individual achievements throughout 9th - 12th grade. They are awarded by colleges and universities who partner with www.Raiseme.com Enter your grades each semester, and all activities, jobs, and volunteering and watch the money add up! Follow those schools offering you money by their deadline!
Free Math Tutoring
Students wishing to attend should engage with their math teachers and let them know they will be attending, and seek advice on what should be accomplished during the help session. Space will be limited due to the size of the A111. It is very much appreciated when math teachers, students or parents email Ms. Klopfer to let confirm attendance prior to arrival. We don't want to turn anyone away due to space.
Lexington High School FIT Program
The Lexington High School FIT Program (Food Improving Thinking) consists of providing nutritious food during the weekends and holidays when students who need meals may be left without an adequate supply of nutritious food.
The program provides individually packed food items that students can prepare by themselves. Seasonal fruit may be included. Bags of food will be delivered in a discreet manner once a week, for now on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then on Fridays throughout the normal school year. Anonymity will be assured. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Bausch at firstname.lastname@example.org in room F109. HTTPS://FORMS.GLE/OSEGHADKMGZVRDQX6
