What Educators Should Look Like
Educators must remember that their job works solely with people, especially young students who may not have matured and understand the world around them. Educators need to acknowledge how they learn and figure out their own plan to keep the classroom running smoothly and raising the chances of success amongst their students.
ATTITUDE
Positivity 😊😄😜
Positivity is a great aspect is what a educator should display while in the classroom. In a positive environment, learners are more likely to grow and be successful. A positive educator excites their students to learn in a fun, creative, and beneficial way. Instead of just throwing all the work on the learners, they are there for the students and will help if there is any confusion.
Are you WORKING HARD or HARDLY WORKING?
Productivity 📚📊📓
In order for the students to have an effective work system, the educator must also have one to keep things running smoothly. Specific teachers have been know to procrastinate themselves and in return, the students are frustrated and not accomplishing what they should. First off, teachers should have a general lesson plan or activity ahead of time. Then, there will be no confusion on the topic of discussion or work to be completed. The educator then needs to step into the shoes of a learner and get their work done on time. If this doesn't happen, they need to be respectful and understanding, not accepting for the students to get their work done at the late notice of yours. They should not wait until the last minute and double check for mistakes or corrections you would like to make and make them early. It they do happen to make a mistake, not to argue with the student but realize that they are humans too.
Remember, the students are only human.... Just like YOU

In these ways, the student can feel accepted and less stressed, and bonds and relationships are easier to make between each educator and each one of their learners.
