As our school continues on a path of continuous improvement, one of the areas we have been refining is our enrollment processes and procedures. We have learned that there are a couple of areas we could improve on. In response, Ephesus Junior Academy is going to make a couple of changes to our systems. We are going to move to a system of Automatic Enrollment. Other Christian schools have adopted this Continuous Enrollment system with great success. Our program is designed to accommodate students from K to 8th grade and we want to make it as easy as possible for families to maintain their enrollment.

This new system will help us to better plan for the coming school year AND help our families to better budget for those re-enrollment and tuition fees. Our enrollment is expected to grow, and we want to make sure our existing families are able to reserve their spaces for the coming year.

Once our online enrollment opens later this month, you will receive an email with more information about this new process and detailed instructions for how to enroll, and a list of important enrollment deadlines. A friendly reminder that tuition is due on the 15th of every month. For those who are signed up for FACTS, you may continue to pay online. If you have not signed up for FACTS yet, you may continue paying on CashApp for now ($Ejapay). Please keep your account current to avoid any late fees or penalties.
