PARENT/FAMILY NEWSLETTER SEPT. 25, 2022 - ISSUE #7
Hello Cub Families! Welcome to the Weekly Edition of the Cubs Connection!
We are very excited about the great things that are happening at CVE! Please look at all of the graphics below for details about events highlighted here.
- Our brand new PTO has their first General Meeting this Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm in the Media Center. They have lots of great ideas and plans and need help! Please come out and see how you can be involved!
- Immediately prior to our PTO meeting, we will be holding our first Volunteer Training. It will be at 5:30 pm, also in the Media Center. We are very happy to be welcoming volunteers into the building. If you have previously done fingerprinting with the district and were volunteering already, once you complete the CVE Volunteer Training, we can verify your status and you are READY TO GO!! If you have not yet done fingerprinting, plan to attend our training and we will provide you with details of how to proceed. We look forward to seeing you there!
- The PTO T-short order continues this week. If you need another order form, call the school and we will happily send one home.
- Our first quarter progress reports will be sent home on Thursday. Our students have been working hard and I know they are eager for you to know how they are doing!
- Please check out the Dates to Note at the bottom for Fall Picture, Book Fair, and Trunk or Treat dates and times. More information will be provided as these events get closer.
- Classroom teachers are accepting donations of playground equipment to utilize at recess. Donations of new balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, and sidewalk chalk will be happily accepted and used!
Thank you for your support of Clear View Elementary! Have a great week!!
