Cartoon Analysis
Politics - the cake's candles symbolize bombs going off and blowing up in the Kellogg-Briand Peace act's face, his facial expression was exaggerated as upset and disappointed, the labels on the cake say "The Kellogg-Briand Peace act" yet on each candle is a certain year of war, the irony is the happy peace cake was suppose to be good, but turned out to cause destruction.
