Tips, Titles and Tools for Teachers

Resources for Writing

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! I LOVE you all! I can not imagine working with a more passionate, dedicated and FUN group of people!

I know that writing instruction is a hot topic in our schools right now, so I gathered some great blog posts from the Two Writing Teachers to share with you, as well as some new mentor texts and professional books. I highly recommend you check out their blog post series on mentor texts! There's something for every grade level!

As the school year winds down (and our stress level winds up!), let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

Happy Reading!

I am a HUGE fan of the Elephant and Piggie series by Mo Willems! If you teach grades K-2, this is a must-have collection of books! The Thank You Book is the 25th and last book in the series. Let me know if you would like to check it out. I love this book!

Check out http://www.thankorama.com for adorable Elephant and Piggie printables and activities. May is #ThankORama month so here is my thank you to all of you!
