TRACK & FIELD PARENT PRESENTATION 2021
Car Riders After School
Parents - a reminder that if you or any other family members are picking up your student(s) from PRMS you need to go through the car loop on the north side of PRMS. The car loop has been completed between 3:25 and 3:35 this week, so it has been running quite efficiently.
Please do not wait for your student(s) on the private cul-de-sacs near PRMS. These are private residences and having multiple cars blocking driveways could lead to a citation from the Gardner Police Department.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

A retake date will be announced later.

Hybrid Learning for Students
Students with last names (A-L) will attend on-site Monday and Wednesday during hybrid learning and receive asynchronous activities after a teacher check-in on Tuesday and Thursday. Students with last names (M-Z) attend on-site Tuesday and Thursday and receive asynchronous activities after a teacher check-in on Monday and Wednesday. On Fridays, all students will learn remotely. On days that your student does not attend in person, they will be required to check in during their seminar class time. Sixth grade check-in is between 1:05 and 1:20. Seventh and eighth grade check-in time is between 2:30 and 2:45. All 6th, 7th & 8th grade students will be remote all day on Fridays. Fifth grade students will continue to be in-person five days a week. In addition, some students may work on-site in small groups on Fridays, as determined by academic needs. Special education services will continue as detailed in the child’s Individual Education Plan (IEP). If the IEP has established an Alternate Service Plan, those services will continue as outlined.
Meals will be provided on-site on the days that students are in session. Beginning Tuesday, February 15, a free weekly meal kit containing three breakfasts and three lunches will be available for students to pick up at the end of the school day on the first day of scheduled attendance (example: Group One picks up on Monday, Group Two picks up on Tuesday). No pre-order is required.
