Although it really doesn't rain here as much as people think, Seattle winter days can be dark and grey. Encourage your student to stay healthy by participating in programs sponsored by our University Recreation and Wellness & Health Promotion departments.

Self Help app

SU students now have access to premium content on the Pacifica app which provides self-help, on-demand, evidence-based resources for stress, anxiety and mood symptoms. Encourage your student to take advantage of this resource. Also, here’s a video about the app that you can share with your student: marketing video for app users . Students can download the app and create a log-in using their seattleu.edu email address.
