Critical Leadership Questions for Inspiring Schoolwide Excellence
Chapter 4: Building Collegial Relationships
Your appreciation of and respect toward staff must always be more than evident. How can a leader even imagine moving a school forward without first demonstrating genuine gratitude for all that teachers do? If you have staff members in your school who tend to undermine your authority, your job is to win them over. You must be able to establish a rapport with all of your teachers and not allow grudges or tension to affect student learning.
Ms. Hill's ask: What have you done to show teachers that you genuinely care for them?
Here's to a great week of teaching and learning!

A Note From Your Executive Director...
Team,
ACP exams for K-12 grades will occur over the next 2 weeks. ACP exams results will show the progress that students made during the first semester and are great indicators of how healthy our academic programs are. For that reason, please ensure that all logistics have been worked out so that testing environments are free from distractions and are conducive to testing. The students have been prepared and are now ready to show what they know!
Let's finish the semester strong! Here's to a great week of teaching and learning!
ALL TOGETHER ADAMSON!
