About Geothermal
Geothermal energy is an alternative energy that uses heat from the Earth's interior. It is brought up in pipes to turn turbines, then goes into a cooling tower. After that, it goes back into the Earth to reheat. Then the process is repeated.

Pros of Geothermal Energy
There are many pros to this alternative energy source. First off, it is a renewable resource, therefore, it fuel can be replaced easily and without any harm to the environment. Secondly, it produces no harmful gases, so it is a clean energy. It is the most efficient heating/cooling systems.
Cons of Geothermal Energy
Unfortunately, there are some cons to Geothermal Energy. One of them being a huge upfront costs. And it is location sensitive meaning, there has to be a certain standard of the land that it is built on. Also, Geothermal plants are powered by steam and water that needs to be a certain temperature to generate energy.
Our Stance
We believe that this is one of the best sources of alternative energy. There is a very small pollution footprint that it leaves on the land. It is very healthy for our environment, and is efficient for heating and cooling for our lives. We need to take this step towards a less polluted world.
