Theatre students from Belton High School and Lake Belton High School are hard at work on their fall productions. Belton Theatre will present Peter and the Starcatcher in three shows running Oct. 14-16. LBHS Theatre will present The Hobbit on Oct. 6-8. Belton ISD’s annual United Way of Central Texas Spirit Chain Game is coming up! Make plans to join us Oct. 14 at Tiger Field as the Lake Belton High School Broncos take on Granbury. Before kickoff, students from each of the district’s schools will pull paper chains across the field representing the money their school raised for the United Way. The fundraiser runs through Oct. 11.

Parents have an important role in their child’s learning, especially reading. Knowing what your child is reading, and being able to either read with them, ask questions, or have discussions on their reading is important. With that in mind, we have made sure you can access materials that your child checks out in our libraries. Learn how.
