K graduation at 1:30
5/23- Gwatney Hot Dog Day for lunch
PreK Graduation at 9am
5/24 Dismiss at 1:30
5/25- Last day of school for students. Dismiss at 1:30
5/26- District meeting at High school at 8:30
On Wednesday and Thursday we can leave campus once you hear the all clear. We have to make sure every student has left before we can leave. We also have to get the clearance from CAO.
Friday...District meeting and then we will start checkouts after lunch. I will send you the checkout google spreadsheet on Monday.
We will be working on a plan for those who would like to attend Lisa's retirement party on Friday. It is at 1:30. You may have to check out after the party or I will try to get other arrangements.

PGP Goals
Do you have your 17-18 sticky note typed yet????
I will be sending a google sheet for you to fill out for end of year check out. Part of that will be for you to bring a screen shot of your completed PGP goal to your last day check out meeting. ( you will right click and print while on that screen) If you need help printing I can help you. I wanted to tell you that now so you could print it once created.

Comprehension updates:
Levels 4-24 must fall within the independent range for oral reading fluency AND comprehension on the rubric to determine the child's independent level
HOWEVER, Levels 28-40 must fall within the independent range for oral reading fluency but can be at the instructional range for the comprehension. You don't have to go back to a lower level if the comprehension is at the instructional level on the rubric.
