K-1 - Meet with Jared Knipper in Jaimi's room Re: See Saw and Standards Based Report Cards
The K & 1 teachers will have a strong understanding of how to use See Saw to improve student learning/engagement.
Meet by grade level and review the previous 5 achievement boosters that have been presented at SMART Start by Deb Gaby. Link the achievement boosters; better stories, fearless feedback, connections, bridges and space learning to your every day lessons to increase student engagement and keep the content alive longer. Grade 2 - Ann's room, Grade 3 Lizzie's room, Grade 4 Kerri's room.

Jump Rope for Heart/Hoops for Heart
January 18, Milford School will begin kicking off a three week event to help raise awareness and donations for American Heart Awareness Month (February). 5-8th grade will be participating in Hoops for Heart, while K-4th grade will participate in Jump Rope for Heart. These events are sponsored by the American Heart Association.
Milford School is the first in the corporation to combine Hoops for Heart and Jump Rope for Heart along with Physical Education. More information will be sent out after winter break.
