Introducing HGN
Hello Heritage Families and Friends!
This page is dedicated to the Good News that is happening in the lives of our Heritage students. We miss our normal routine and can't wait to be together again! Until then, let's spread some good news and help keep smiles on the faces of our precious students!
Please send your HGN to katie_thielman@plsd.us with a brief description. Please make sure photos are formatted in JPEG, PNG, BMP, or GIF.
We can't wait to hear from you!
Phone home?
Science at home is cool! Heritage 2nd grade student, Ellie, made a can phone! She wrote the directions out and collaborated with her older sister, Morgan, a former Heritage student! Way to go girls!
Are toddlers allowed at school?!
3rd grade student, Jameson, is enjoying his time learning from home. It looks like he has lots of help and support from his little sister too! Keep up the good work Jameson!
Making the Most of Quarantine!
Heritage 3rd grade student, James, has captured some great moments during his time at home. James was able to see the Easter Bunny and work with his teacher from home. Keep making the most of it James!
Showing their appreciation
Heritage 4th grade student, Rylynn, painted a picture with her family to show her appreciation for essential workers, teachers, parents, and all persons that could use some kindness during this difficult time. Rylynn, kindness is always the key! We thank you!
Homeschooling Adventures!
Heritage 3rd grade student, Nakota, has been soaking in the learning opportunities all around her! She is keeping her schedule full with gym class, scavenger hunts, easter egg hunting, hiking, and building a fairy house! Nakota, we can't wait to see where your adventures take you next!
The Magic Tree House
Have you ever read The Magic Tree House IN a tree house?!?!
That's exactly what 2nd grader, Xavier, and his kindergarten sister, Arya did!
We hope it was magical!
