Welcome to the most MAGICAL year at VBE!
VBE is truly the place to BE!
We are also expanding our after school learning opportunities for our 4th and 5th graders that need intensive tutoring to get in grade level. They will have two interventionists devoted to supporting, monitoring, and building leadership within.
In addition, we have added a bilingual 1st and 2nd grade interventionist, to help with targeted interventions for our students who need support with ela and math.
We are lucky to have the support of the learning alliance with a 3rd Grade Interventionist as well, Ms. Riddick will be working with our 3rd graders that need extra support to move to grade level proficiency.
We are going to make huge gains this year! We are asking for support from each family with our VBE 180 pledge. In order to make the true 180 degree turnaround, please support us by bringing your child to school every day, on time, ready to learn. We are asking each family commits to 20 minutes of reading at home as well. We can bring this school to an “A,” if we work together!
Most Sincerely,
Principal Emerson
Please take a moment to sign the pledge and share your "DREAM" for your child!
