We conduct a formal questionnaire based "Psychometric assessment" for the participants prior to start of the program.

During the program, the participants shall record specific areas of improvement they need to inculcate in an "Action Planning sheet"

This is to help each participant to take up the identified areas for implementation in their workplace thereafter.
