From The Attendance Office:
- Attendance reporting is a State-mandated requirement. Whether your child is expected to attend school in person or virtual, a parent OR guardian must notify us of an absence, preferably before 8 AM or no later than the following three school days. Please use this email address- firstname.lastname@example.org -to contact us.
- To avoid any "unexcused absence" marking, please be sure to state the reason for the absence and provide supporting documentation (doctor's note) if applicable. Also, as a courtesy, have your child alert their teachers when they cannot access instruction virtually. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
- In keeping with our Health & Safety plan protocol, students who are in-person learners are expected to be present and not choose to be virtual unless authorized to do so.
- Picking up or dropping off your child during school hours, you have an option for contactless communication by either using your cell phone to access our QR code located on the Middle School door or call the office @ 215-862-0608.
We will continue to move through our current four-day rotation schedule indefinitely and regardless of whether we are in for a full day or a half-day. Please refer to the Calendar attached above for the times for the next two weeks of class.
