Cheetah Chatter
September 24, 2021
A Note from Our Administrators
Hello Cheetah Families,
Great things continue to happen daily here at Chapman's Retreat Elementary, and we're nearing the end of the first 9 weeks. 9w1 ends on October 6. Families in grades 2-5 have access to their student's grades in Skyward as the marking period progresses. Parent/teacher conferences have been scheduled for October 11, and teachers have sent out their sign-up sheets for these ZOOM conferences. We encourage every family to take advantage of this valuable facetime opportunity with your child's teacher.
This edition of the Cheetah Chatter is filled with important information. Please read further to get details about:
- College Exploration Spirit Week - NEXT WEEK (it's a Dress Up Week)!
- The Grey Ghost 10k, 5k, 1k and 1/2k on October 23
- The start of the Harry Potter Book Club
- October's Breakfast and Lunch menus
- Important changes for Townhome walkers
- 2 weeks of FREE mini-golf!
As always, thank you for your continued support.

Attention Townhome Walkers
Free Mini-Golf
Williamson County Schools – Coordinated School Health Program has teamed up with SOAR Adventure Park to offer one free round of golf for any elementary school student who is wearing an article of clothing or having something else with them that identifies which WCS school they attend. This very special opportunity for a FREE ROUND of mini-golf will be available from September 29th through October 15th.
Please note that students need to have an adult with them to participate. There must be at least one adult per group per hole and the adult does not have to play mini golf and can walk around the course with the student(s) or if they wish, they can pay to play along with their child(ren).
