Message From The Principal

Hello Rancho families!

Credit #2 will end on Tuesday, October 5. It is important that missing assignments and make-up work gets completed as soon as possible. Earning credits and graduating is important, but equally important is helping students explore their interests and skills to identify potential career paths for after graduation.

To assist with this, RVHS will schedule a day in the next month for all students to take the ASVAB assessment. The ASVAB Career Exploration Program includes a validated aptitude test and interest assessment. Our coaches will meet with students to review the results, guide career exploration and access the ASVAB career planning tools. Although the ASVAB is used by the military, RVHS will not be encouraging military enlistment. Rather, our coaches will used the results of a powerful tool to guide our students. Parents wishing to opt their student out of this beneficial opportunity may do so.

Think different. Be different.
