#LikeaChampion!
Parent Bulletin 4/18/2022
Dear LVHS Family,
We have LOTS of celebrations to share from the past couple of weeks! LVISD Excellence in Education Winners were announced. We celebrated Paraprofessionals, Library Staff, and our Assistant Principals. Congratulations to all district staff that were recognized with Excellence in Education Awards! These awards are especially important because each of these individuals were chosen by their peers. On campus, we recognized our paraprofessional educators during the first week of April. Our LVHS Paraprofessional Team is incredible! This special group of individuals is selfless and does so much hard work and heavy lifting here on campus. We also celebrated library staff. A special thank you to Mrs. Reinhard and Mrs. Young, our volunteer librarian, for making the LVHS Library an innovative productive space for students and staff. Lastly, we recognized our Assistant Principals for Assistant Principal Week. John Quincy Adams once stated: "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. Our campus assistant principals--Mrs. Callaway, Mrs. Guidry, and Mr. Verm are all great leaders. It is an honor to celebrate our wonderful staff and all each of you do!
La Vernia High School is special thanks to wonderful--students, staff, and school community! Thank you for all you do to make LVHS a great place for students!
Go Bears!
