AUCTION
Our 28th Annual Gala Auction will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018. The doors open at 5:30pm and will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Tacoma Downtown. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call….we are here to help you!
DENNIS UNIFORM STORE
Amanda, our representative from the Uniform Store, came down for a meeting on Tuesday to review at least 22 sweaters/vests that have holes, tears etc. They will be replacing 11 as they were fairly new and should have held up better. The other 11 were 4 years or older so they chalked that up to wear and tear over the years. In the fall when you purchase sweaters for the new school year and you have a problem in the first 6 months, please take them to the store in Tukwila. They will be happy to replace them. Amanda is also recommending that orders be placed in June or July for the Fall. Often times by the time August comes around, orders will be back-ordered. Ordering online is a great alternative to driving to the store in Tukwila. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
UNIFORM SHORTS: Shorts Grades PK-8 (optional)
They are back! Mr. Nuno has approved our students to wear

LOCKDOWN DRILL
Tuesday of this week the entire school participated in a practice LOCKDOWN. Mr. Nuno explained the difference between a “soft lockdown” and a “real lockdown” practice. Monthly, our student body tries to have a practice fire drill and earthquake drill where students Drop, Cover and Hold On.
WEDNESDAY MORNING PRAYER
In remembrance of those that lost their lives in the recent Florida school shooting tragedy we included those lost and those close to them in our morning prayer.
LICE CHECKS
It is that time of year when we do an all school lice check. A date has not been set yet, but once we secure enough RN’s, LPN’s or very qualified volunteers we will perform this service.
“THANKS FROM THE LIBRARY"
“I wish to thank all the parents and family members of our students at Visitation for the wonderful support given to our Book Fair. I would also like to give a grateful thanks to all the parishioners that supported us with donations of books and purchases. We passed our goal and have Scholastic Dollars to buy books for next year! “ Sincerely Yours, Treasure Kenen
