SaintA Mental Health Services at School
Experience and research have shown us the link is strong between mental health needs and a child’s ability to learn. In a classroom of 25 students, it’s likely 5 will have a diagnosable mental health concern.
SaintA clinic is located in Erin School and is staffed with licensed clinical professionals. Services are offered during the school day.
See flyer for more details and how to refer your student.
Thank you for your continued support
I want to thank all the parents and students for your continued effort to keep everyone safe and in school. According to my meeting this morning with Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department (WOPHD) our positive cases continue to decrease in the county. WOPHD has reported that the virus transmission rate within schools (the rate at which the virus has spread from one person to another) in Washington County is 1-2%. They believe this very low rate is due to the various anti-transmission measures in place in the schools, including mask wearing, social distancing, and using various hand sanitising methods.
Thank you for your continued attention to these proactive measures. I am happy to report our number of positive cases at Erin School are also going down and we have not had to quarantine any classrooms or grade levels in quite a while. I know there are still cases out there and parents are doing a great job helping us keep the virus out of our school.

Before/After School Daycare
When the Erin School daycare program began several years ago, the Board directed this program to be a “break even program” and not to be supported by any tax payer dollars. The before and after school care has operated with a balanced budget until recent. Due to fewer students attending the daycare and increased costs associated with the pandemic it has become necessary to increase the hourly rate.
As of Monday, February 8, the hourly rate for before and after school care will be $3.50 per hour. Please note, if you have a child attending the infant, toddler or 4K extended room, that rate will remain the same.
Also, beginning on Monday, February 8th, before school care will open at 6:30 a.m each day. Please do not drop any children off before 6:30 am.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact either Dr. Kriewaldt or Cheryl Johrendt. Thank you in advance for your support.
Pick up times
To alleviate traffic on Terry Rd please take your time picking up your kids. You do not need to be here by 3pm.
