Transcripts/Scores
- If it is requested, please order your final official transcript directly to the college you are attending through your online Parchment account. Please select "hold for grades" so that we may send your transcript once second semester senior grades are available.
- Grades can be viewed through Aeries on Tuesday June 4th. Your official transcript will be available by July 1st. If you select "hold for grades" in Parchment, your updated transcript will be sent as soon as it is available.
- Send your official AP scores to colleges that accept/require them through your Collegeboard account.
- Student Athletes: Student-athletes who plan to compete in sports at an NCAA Division I or NCAA Division II college/university as a freshman should request a final transcript to go from Parchment to the NCAA Eligibility Center and a final transcript to go from Parchment to the college/university they will be attending in the Fall (be sure to select the option Hold for Grades). If they have not already done so they should log into their NCAA Eligibility Center account and request their final amateurism certification (use the link below if you have questions).
Student-athletes who plan to compete in sports at an NAIA college/university as a freshman should request a final transcript to go from Parchment to the NAIA Eligibility Center and a final transcript to go from Parchment to the college/university they will be attending in the Fall (be sure to select the option Hold for Grades).
What if I Earn a D or F in a class?
Students cannot receive a Mater Dei diploma with any "F" grades on their transcript. Please register for summer school if you need to remediate classes to receive your diploma.
Most four-year universities will not accept "D" or "F" grades in academic subjects. If you plan to go directly from Mater Dei to a four-year university, please check with your university if you need to make up your "D" and "F" grades.
Summer School at Mater Dei is Monday June 17th - Friday July 19th. You can register online at: www.materdei.org/summerschool.
