Keeping our Dragons Active: Recess Alternatives

There has been much discussion lately about students missing recess! We know it is important to keep our Dragons active! We know consequences are important...but we know it is just as important to get them outside and moving! Let's get the energy out---let's talk alternatives!

When looking at taking recess--we ask?

Can they lose a portion vs. all recess?

Could students be asked to "walk the zipper line" vs. staying inside--we like to move it, move it?

What alternatives are available?

If you want to speak more about it--let me know but let's keep our Dragons Moving!

Remember these BLACK OUT days for Transportation! April 8, April 22, April 29 and May 20 2016
