A Peek Into Our Week

Students will review the following letter formations and sound association during the month of December. These are the letters which have been introduced: L, F, E, H, T, I, U, C, O, Q, and G. Please provide opportunities for your child to practice writing these letters over the holidays. Knowing letters and the sounds they represent puts a child on the road to reading and writing.

During the month of December, students will review all introduced math concepts from the beginning of the year. Students will practice writing numerals 0-5, counting objects to 10, and creating patterns through hands-on activities.

Thank You!

We'd like to give a big thank you to all those who volunteered their items, time, and talent to making the cottage porch look so special for this month! Your efforts bring such joy and excitement each time we enter the doors!

If you left any fall porch decorations here, Please contact Ms. Stern.

Today, the students will be coming home with Advent wreaths that we made in class to go along with our chapel studies. Attached to the wreaths are yellow paper for flames to add each week as well as the lyrics to the song Light One Candle, Christ Is Coming that we learned in chapel last week.

Field Trip Fun!

We had such a wonderful time at Scottish Rite last Friday!

The boys and girls did a great job performing and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing playground! Thank you so much to all the parents who were able to attend.

We look forward to our next adventure!
