Rome and Juliet's tragic death

Sean Brackman

Friar Laurence

Though Friar Laurence was a nice guy it was his fault that Romeo and Juliet died because he married them and thought it was a really good idea to marry a young teenager to a grown man like Romeo. So Friar Laurence has agreed to to marry Romeo and Juliet. Friar Laurence is the pastor for their marriage. Friar Laurence was a really good friend to Romeo. Romeo then convinces Friar Laurence to marry them he thinks its a really good idea to marry them together because Romeo says so. And all combined, save what thou must combine by holy marriage where and how ? That thou consent marry us today. Holy Saint Francis, what a change is here. is Rosaline, whom thou didst love so dear. so soon forsaken's a young men's love. How much salt water had been wasted over nothing. O she knew well thy love did read by rote and could not spell. but come, young waverer, come, go with me. For this alliance may so happiness be proven "[Act II scene VI]. This text supports how Romeo and Juliet are gonna die at the end of the story because this is showing how if they weren't going to get married they just want to just die. And this marriage shows how they were gonna die because once there not together they die. If Romeo and Juliet didn't want to live they were willing just to kill theme selves if they couldn't be together forever. Whenever Romeo and Juliet dies Friar Laurence says I am going to brief with what I have to say, he admits to be the one that married Romeo and Juliet. I will be brief, for my short date of breath is not so long as is a tedious tale. Romeo, there dead, was husband to that Juliet, and she there dead, that Romeo's faithful wife. I married them and their stol'n marriage to this day" [Act V scene III]. Friar Laurence has just admitted to marring Romeo and Juliet to each other. This supports my position because it is telling everybody in the story how Romeo and Juliet were being led to their own deaths.

Song Romeo and Juliet never let me go by Legendary Dreamer

Looking up from underneath
Fractured moonlight on the sea
Reflections still look the same to me
As before I went under

And it's peaceful in the deep
'Cause either way you cannot breathe
No need to pray, no need to speak
Now I am under

Oh, and it's breaking over me
A thousand miles out to the sea bed
Found the place to rest my head

This song represents my explanation because this is showing how Friar Laurence was pushing Romeo and Juliet towards their deaths, at the end of this song. The lyrics are showing how Friar Laurence married them, and then Juliet was taking sleeping potions to fake her death. Romeo did not know that at the time it was just a sleeping potion. So Romeo kills himself because he thought he couldn't be with Juliet forever while being happily married.

Movie The Suicide Theory

Steven Ray and Jessica are resembling Romeo and Juliet because they kill themselves in the movie due to a certain conflict. This movie represents my explanation because the two characters in this film show them getting in trouble during the movie and Steven Ray can't except the fact and Jessica to face it so they both kill theme self's at the end of the movie.
