There Is Sheer Beauty In N A T U R E

Classic Nature Poems

The power, ingenuity, and sheer beauty found in nature has always fascinated mankind. When we look at powerful ocean waves rolling in, we cannot help but feel small and powerless in comparison. Mighty trees in a vast forest inspire feelings of insignificance and awe. Animal mothers taking care of their young make us question the cruelty with which we sometimes treat one another. The truth is, nature can teach us many valuable lessons. It can also lead us to wonder, did this beautiful earth with all of its natural treasures come about by chance or was it created?

I love how nature is so perfectly imperfect. I never thought about nature not being cute or adorable. After I thought about it I agreed with the author who wrote it. This picture mesmerizes me because it seems so real. It seems as if you can reach out and touch it, but you can't reach far enough. These birds were never trained to carry their ducklings on their back or taught to sit perfectly symmetrical to each other. Their fur is a little dirty and their beaks aren't straight. They also probably have trouble savaging for food at times just like any other wild animal. Nothing about them is perfect, but yet they appear to be the most beautiful creatures.

I Think N A T U R E is Beautiful

I love nature. I think nature is everything and more. What could be more beautiful than living plants on earth. They are literally what we breath. I think we are too consumed in our phones these days. One could be sitting in the passenger seat and miss seeing an extraordinary sunset because thy are too busy sitting on their phone. Every season is beautiful because each one brings different colors and fantasy like scenes. I am guilty of not paying enough attention to the beautiful things around me and I intend to change that.

Whether one is watching a thrilling thunderstorm or looking up at a mighty tree, the experience of nature is one of awe. One cannot help but marvel at the intricate design of a single leaf, or the roar of a great waterfall. Time spent in nature is time spent realizing that you don't know it all and that you never will. The earth is meant to be enjoyed by its inhabitants. That includes keeping it in the pristine condition in which it was discovered. Everyone has a part of the earth that they relate to the most. Whether it is a majestic mountain range, a roaring waterfall, a bouquet of flowers, or the calm of the woods, these are places to get to know oneself and build bonds with family.
