Celebrations and Thank Yous

Thank you to Sarah Albert, Megan Norris, Diane Boyd, and all the other Mott Parents who pulled together to provide cinnamon buns, orange juice, Starbucks coffee and fruit on Tuesday. Thank you to the Pflour Shop for giving them a good price. The staff certainly felt the love!

Welcome more new Mott Staff:

We are awaiting on approval from Human Resources for two more teachers that should come through this week.

Grandparent's Day - September 9

Mott Elementary welcomes grandparents to join us for lunch on this day! Lunch schedules can be found here: Lunch Schedule You are welcome to either purchase a lunch from the cafeteria, or bring a lunch.

Method for finding your grandchild: After you sign in in the front or back entrance of the building, you will go to the cafeteria and find a seat. The teacher will bring the class into the cafeteria. When you see your grandchild, stand up and wave vigorously. The teacher will send your grandchild to you.

FYI - the Book Fair will be open in the library on this day. Please feel free to take your grandchild to the library after lunch.

PTO will also be selling shirts. This year's shirts are $10 each, and previous year's shirts are $5. They take cash, checks or credit.

Students who have grandparents visiting will eat in the cafeteria. Students who do not have grandparents visiting will picnic in their classroom, grade level pod or other designated spot.
