Staff Updates
- Grade cards are open on SIS. Please let me know if you need helping filling these out. Comments are not needed this quarter, but can always be left if you want to.
- Make sure you enter all DRA’s on SIS. Every student needs to be entered into SIS, even if they didn’t pass the next level. If you are not sure on how to do this, please see me or read the DRA Guidelines in the South Park Staff Handbook.

BLT Notes
- We reviewed our Building School Improvement Plan and talked about how data will be coming in shortly. We will share our first quarter results at the end of October.
- Iread prizes will be given out monthly. Our wonderful title team will be helping with this. Your team BLT representative has more information on this.
- Reviewed 2018-2019 Climate Survey results. We are working on building staff trust and student preparedness. If anyone has any ideas, please share with us!
- Reviewed number of proactive/reactive visits to the Focus Room. On the average, we have more proactive visits a day than reactive! Yay! We will be working closely with first grade students to help lower reactive visits.
- Discussed the DESSA Mini questionnaire. I will be in contact with Dr. O about our next steps.
