At this time, Saint Joe does not have an SAT School Day option in place for students to take the SAT due to the uncertainty surrounding the next few months. In response to this cancellation, College Board will offer additional test dates this spring. We will share those dates as soon as we are able.
We understand this is an important part of the college admissions process. Colleges are aware of the situation and are receiving frequent updates from College Board as changes occur. The College Board is committed to ensuring that students like you are provided additional opportunities to take the SAT. However, this is an uprecedented situation that is impacting students all across the country. We recognize that many people are feeling uneasy and uncertain. However, please know that you are not alone in this and that we, along with the College Board, will let you know the moment anything changes further. As is mentioned in the press release, College Board is encouraging students to use Khan Academy to keep their college readiness skills sharp. Please let us know if you have any clarifying questions based on what we shared above or need assistance in any way. We are here to help.
One additional note: ACT has also decided to reschedule the April 4 test to either June 13 or July 18 test dates. Students that were signed up to take the April ACT will be notified directly from ACT to select their new test date.
Mr. Tom Derwent is in charge of all AP testing. If you have specific questions, please direct them to tderwent@saintjoehigh.com.
