You get to have an extra 2 hours to relax, workout, or just breath... they get to burn off some energy while having tons of fun!

Enroll your child for our Summer Savings Wrestling Special. At GWA we know the importance of keeping our kids physically fit. We also know that sometimes, our parents need just a few hours to take care of them.

When you enroll your child into our program, he or she will get hours of structured playtime every week. Our summer sessions include 30 full minutes of free play. During free play, children get a chance to run loose, and use their imagination to create games and activities that involve constant physical movement. They get great exercise without realizing it. After free play, we do our daily exercise routine which consist of but not limited to: 5-10 minute jog, skipping, 100 jumping jacks, 100 mountain climbers, 25 push ups, 25 set ups, and much more. After our daily exercise routine, we stretch for a solid 10-15 minutes. Once stretching is complete, students participate in team mat drills.

During mat drills, 2-3 teams compete in activities such as bear crawls, crab walks, duck walks, military crawls, leap frogs, forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, hoping on foot, sprints and more.

Once the team mat drills are complete, it's wrestling instructional time. Students will gather in small groups to learn the skill of the day. Once instructional time is over, we have wrestling matches or play a game to build on the skills learned.

We are a year around wrestling and fitness gym for kids ages 4 and up. We hope that you will join us this summer, and decide to stay on for the rest of the year, including our exiting Collegiate Wrestling season, which kicks off in November and ends at the GA Dome in March!

Q: What does my child need to bring with them?

A: All your child has to do is come already dressed in gym shorts, tee shirt, and socks. Water bottle is optional.

After completing the payment online, there are just a few short documents for you to complete when you come in person.

Q: Is wrestling safe?

A: Put short... YES! In fact, while no sport is injury free, wrestling is one of the safest sports for kids. Don't believe the hype. This is not WWE or backyard brawl. The sport of wrestling is a very structured safe sports with rules designed to keep competitors safe.
