The Tundra
- The temperature in the tundra ranges from -34 to 3 degrees celsius
- Bearberry, Arctic moss, Caribou moss and the diamond leaf willow are plants found in the tundra
- Animals that are found in the Tundra: Water birds, Polar Bears, Arctic Foxes, White wolves
- Biotic: Snow owl, Bears, Wolves
- Abiotic: Soil, Frost, Wind
The Tropical Ocean
- The temperature in the Tropical ocean is typically 27 degrees celsius
- Blue marlin, Stone Fish, Great Barracuda, clown fish, and Green turtles Are animal found in the tropical ocean
- Plants found in the tropical ocean are Red algae, Sea grass, and Phytoplankton
- Biotic Factors: Fish, Blue marlin, Green turtles, Sponges
- Abiotic Factors: Salt, Water, Sand, Caves
Limiting Factors & Adaptations
- Caribou Have thick fur to keep warm and Move to forest in the winter for protection from wind & snow
- Wolves have thick hair to reduce heat loss
- Arctic Foxes are hard to spot because of their thick white fur
In the Tropical Ocean limiting factors are competition for food, over populating of predators, pollution and human destruction
- Stone fish blend in with stones in the ocean
- The coloring of clown fish warn predators
- Blue marlin have a swordlike bill which they use to stun pray they are also one of the fastest fish in the world
