Holicong Middle School
Updates From Mr. Bucher
National History Day!
Over this past weekend, Holicong Middle School students had the opportunity to show our state the high quality of work that Holicong students complete on a regular basis. Students competed in the National History Day State Competition. Holicong's results were amazing!
-Mark W., Stephen S. and Sam C. received a top 6 rating in the state for a group documentary.
-Brooke G. received a top 6 rating in the state for an individual documentary.
-Nisha B. and Nicole H. received a 3rd place award in the state for a group documentary.
-Ian E., Owen R., and Dylan J. received a 1st place award in the state for a group documentary.
Ian, Owen, and Dylan will now take their documentary titled, "The Iranian Revolution: Promised Heaven But Created Hell" to the national competition in Maryland during the month of May. These young men will be representing not only Holicong Middle School, but also the entire Central Bucks School District since they were the only Central Bucks students who earned an award allowing them to advance to the next level of competition. Way to go Ian, Owen, and Dylan!
A Special Thank-You To All Parents Who Contributed To The Teacher Appreciation Luncheon!
